An illegal immigrant has once again been accused of murder in the U.S. Juan Javier Reyes-Perez, 40, has been charged with shooting a 19-year-old North Charleston, South Carolina man after an argument with his ex-grilfriend’s family, Breitbart News reported.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses pointed to Reyes-Perez as the shooter.
Police said Reyes-Perez confessed to the shooting. He was charged with murder and remains in local custody.
If he is released from custody, he is on detainer with ICE so that he can be deported. It is customary to deport illegal immigrants if they have been charged with or convicted of a crime.
President Donald Trump has often pointed out that one risk of illegal immigration is that some illegal immigrants are criminals who come into the U.S. and commit crimes, including rape and murder. Stories like these prove that he is right and are a stain on Pelosi’s open border policies.
