Congressman Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) just jumped in the fray with a major announcement. He isn’t taking it anymore, and politics will never be the same again.
Crenshaw called out the Democrats for refusing to release the recent closed-door testimony by former special envoy to Ukraine, Kurt Volker. By contrast, he said, Republicans are calling for the transcript to be made public.
“One key fact about yesterday’s closed-door witness interview? Republicans are the ones calling for public release of the deposition transcript. That should tell you something. Democrats prefer narratives, not facts,” he said.
This means that the transcript must be devastating to the Democrats’ impeachment narrative, which is why they are staying tight-lipped about it. Republicans, on the other hand, want Americans to see this information.
In fact, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said, “If we release the transcripts it will have a very chilling effect on impeachment.” This is precisely why it must be done without delay. The Democrats’ farce has gone on long enough.
Instead of working with President Trump on issues near and dear to Americans, Democrats have been trying to take down Trump from the beginning. Their impeachment plan is about to go the way of their Russia ‘collusion’ narrative.
