The federal government will run out of money on September 30, 2021. As a result, Biden is hoping to slip a debt ceiling increase into the Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget resolution.
But if you think that’s the only thing Biden’s trying to get through while keeping hidden in the fine print, think again.
How about tax “fairness” for high-income individuals. That’s code for increasing taxes for everyone in the future, all they’ll have to do is change the definition of “high income.”
Or the state and local tax deduction relief, SALT for short, that primarily benefits wealthy blue states.
Another is electrifying the federal vehicle fleet. Alternative fuel car-makers must have donated quite a bit to the Biden campaign for that one to get through.
Even the bipartisan bill is full of nonsense they’re hoping you’re not going to notice.
Look for yourself:
The bipartisan infrastructure proposal floating around the Senate is essentially a Green New Deal Lite.
