CNN Tried To Pin Deadly Accident On Trump – It Backfired Quickly

CNN just further reinforced what everyone knows to be true — the network is nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party that peddles fake news. What they just tried to pin on President Trump is a new low, even for them.

In an interview with Rep. Daniel Kildee (D-MI), CNN host Brianna Keilar strongly suggested that the tragic Boeing plane crash, which killed 157 people, is a result of the partial shutdown of the federal government earlier this year.

Referring to an article by The Wall Street Journal, she said that a software fix for this particular Boeing model “was supposed to happen in January, and it was delayed because of the government shutdown because the FAA was offline.”

The partial shutdown, as all Americans know, was used as leverage by Trump to move the ball forward on securing our southern border. Because of his persistence, he was able to secure some of the much-needed funding from Congress.

Here’s the truth: The software update from Boeing was actually delayed over “differences of opinion and technical and engineering issues,” and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) was fine with it because “no imminent safety threat” was apparent.

But, of course, the plane crash is entirely Trump’s fault and it could’ve all been prevented had he just rolled over on his plan to combat illegal immigration. The media’s bias is so blatant that it’s a wonder anyone still watches CNN at all.
