Whoopi Goldberg just shocked millions of fans. She confirmed the rumors on national television, and even some of her most ardent supporters are unhappy.
Goldberg, who hosts ‘The View’ with another anti-Trump blowhard, Joy Behar, blamed President Trump for Iran shooting down a Ukrainian passenger jet carrying over 150 innocent people.
“That Ukrainian plane would still be alive,” Goldberg said during a discussion about Trump’s decision to kill Iranian General Qassem Soleimani. “The people on that plane would still be alive today,” Behar said.
Here’s the kicker: The friendly liberal audience did not clap for Goldberg and Behar’s remarks. Perhaps the two anti-Trump propagandists went too far even for this crowd.
In fact, it is worth noting that Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was also interviewed during this section, and there was plenty of applause for his shallow Democratic talking points.
But it seems that even fans of Goldberg and Behar didn’t care for regurgitated, anti-American propaganda from Iran. After all, Iran’s leaders have blamed America for the airplane tragedy as well.
