Voting was just postponed and the White House is completely stunned. They never expected this to happen, but the announcement is now public. This is a stunning development.
“We’re going to do what this committee needs to do, and we’re doing to fight it out and we’re going to vote,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), postponing a vote on the ‘Obamagate’ subpoenas.
“I think the best thing for us to do is [to] carry this over to next week so we can have a full discussion,” continued the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, preparing members for a long debate.
Center stage is the issue of sending out subpoenas related to the Obama FBI’s Trump-Russia ‘collusion’ hoax, which masqueraded as a legitimate investigation before the Deep State’s cover was blown.
But Graham is smart to allow for a robust debate where every member of the committee gets to have a voice. This way, Democrats can’t accuse him of not hearing them out; he knows the game works.
In the end, with a Republican majority on the Senate Judiciary Committee, subpoenas will be going out eventually — it is just a matter of time before Democrats start sweating again.
