It’s time to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations for the one-third of adult Americans that have chosen not to get them, according to CNN medical analyst Dr. Jonathan Reiner.
“I do think it’s time to start mandating vaccines,” Reiner said. “And I think that the private industry and private organizations will do that. At GW university, where I work, starting in fall, you can’t be on campus unless you’re fully vaccinated.”
The push to get people vaccinated has reached new levels with a Biden administration inititative to go door-to-door to ask people to get the vaccination, and while the government is not going to outright require them, it sees no problem if private businesses do.
Part of the problem is that people who have already had COVID-19 are still being urged to get the vaccine, and they don’t need to get it because their bodies already made the antibodies.
But that doesn’t matter to people like Reiner or the Biden administration, who just want to jab people regardless of any other circumstances, to be able to say they did it.
