Fox News host Tucker Carlson cleared the air between him and President Trump’s lead attorney Sidney Powell. He said that if she has uncovered evidence for the allegations of fraud that she has brought forward, she will have uncovered the greatest crime in America’s history.
On Thursday, Carlson took issue with Powell’s seeming refusal to present evidence for her claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Powell responded to Carlson’s commentary, saying it was “insulting, demanding and rude.” Powell is planning on unveiling her case in the next two weeks in federal court.
Carlson followed up on his Thursday statement by saying, “If Sidney Powell can prove that technology companies switched millions of votes and stole the presidential election, she will have almost single-handedly uncovered the greatest crime in the history of this country, and no one will be more grateful for that than us.”
This riff between Carlson and Powell has been largely unnecessary as Carlson is right to point out that Americans need to see any evidence Powell has as soon as possible. Carlson is also right to take Powell’s statements with a grain of salt.
This is one of the most important elections in recent history, and with all the abnormalities that we have seen since the election, the Trump administration must get to the bottom of what actually happened on election day.
