Fox New’s host Tucker Carlson called on President Trump’s lawyer Sydney Powell to provide details of alleged voter fraud that she claims will flip the election in favor of President Trump.
Carlson said, “We don’t care who mocks it. The louder the Yale political science department mocks it, and the staff at The Atlantic magazine scream ‘conspiracy theory,’ the more interested we tend to be. It’s usually a sign you’re over the target.”
However, Carlson didn’t stop there saying, “That’s a long way of saying we took Sidney Powell seriously, we have no intention of fighting with her, we always respected her work — we simply wanted to see the details. How could you not want to see them? So, we invited Sidney Powell on this show, we would’ve given her the whole hour, we would’ve given her the entire week and listen quietly the whole time at rapt attention — that is a big story. But she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page.”
Americans around the country are desperate to know what Powell has found because the implications are monumental. However, the reluctance to go onto Carlson’s show raises some questions.
How legitimate are the claims that Powell has pushed? What reasons would Powell have for not going onto Carlson’s show to educate Americans on what she has found?
The likely answer is that Powell and Trump’s legal team are keeping everything under wraps until they go to court. Until then, Americans will have to wait and see.
