A victory bombshell just dropped and everyone is talking about it. President Donald Trump, the White House, and millions of supporters are stunned.
“Now that the Georgia runoffs are over, let’s talk about Donald Trump,” wrote author and columnist Ann Coulter. “When we really needed all hands on deck in Georgia, Trump was a wrecking ball.”
“He went down to Georgia and insulted everyone, refusing to talk about anything but himself,” she continued. Trump also “set landmine after landmine for the candidates,” she said, referring to Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler.
Coulter brought up the coronavirus relief bill as an example. After the two Republican senators in a heated re-election battle “triumphantly” voted for the bill, “Trump began attacking it as a ‘disgrace,'” she noted.
Georgia voters had an opportunity to receive the stimulus checks — as insufficient as they may have been — before going to vote. However, Coulter believes that sitting on the bill was a contributing factor to Perdue and Loeffler’s loss.
Opinions will continue to swirl about what actually happened and Coulter is free to her opinion. Many people will certainly agree with her, while others will admire Trump for calling out a bill that was stuffed with billions of dollars in pork.
