A major announcement about President Donald Trump just dropped. It is regarding quarantine — he could be gone for 14 days due to a recent development that is catching headlines. This is absolutely stunning.
“The recommendation would be to quarantine for 14 days from the last contact with the confirmed case, in this case, the valet,” said Dr. Cyrus Shahpar, a former CDC official. One of Trump’s valets recently tested positive for COVID-19.
“And that means staying home, no visitors, separating yourself from others, monitoring for symptoms, wearing a face-covering when you’re around others, continued Shahpar. “Ideally, you’re not, but that would be the recommendation.”
Shahpar delivered his recommendation to Trump during an interview with CNN’s John King. Clearly, since one of Trump’s valets contracted COVID-19, he is concerned that Trump could get it and spread it to others.
The news about the unnamed valet who caught the potentially deadly virus dropped earlier this week and set off concern, not just for Trump, but for anyone who came into contact with this individual.
However, as even King said, “The president was retested, and that test shows negative.” Hopefully, this means that Trump is in the clear and there is nothing to be worried about. Please keep him and his valet in your prayers.
