Eric Trump just made it official. Victory in Michigan is within sight and Democrats are terrified. They never expected the race to be this close, but it is happening. The silent majority is making its voice heard once more.
“We’re going to win Michigan,” said Trump on The Kyle Olson Show. “We can win Michigan. We did it last time. People have to get out and vote.”
Trump continued: “It’s an amazing state with unbelievable enthusiasm. There’s so much love in the state and I think it’s going well. People have to go out and vote, but I think we’re going to have a beautiful day on Tuesday.”
There’s reason to believe Trump’s optimism as well. In addition to the massive turnout at rallies, the Trafalgar Group, the polling firm that predicted the outcome of the 2016 election, has placed Michigan in Trump’s hands.
In a poll conducted on October 30-31, Trafalgar found a “consistent Trump lead” of 48.3 percent to former Vice President Joe Biden’s 45.8 percent. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the GOP has a strong Senate candidate in John James.
In fact, Trafalgar also has James leading in Michigan — he could very well defeat incumbent Senator Gary Peters (D) in a stunning upset that will be heard around the country. On to victory.
