President Trump reacted to media organizations calling the election for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden by saying it is a cover-up. The media and the Democrats are trying to distract from the burgeoning legal battle over the election.
President Trump issued a statement saying, “We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to pose as the winner falsely, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor.”
The media is engaging in psychological warfare by insisting that the election is over to get Republicans to give up on President Trump.
The election isn’t over, and no number of media organizations saying that Biden is the President overrides the fact that there will be recounts and other measures taken to address irregularities in all swing states.
Trump continued, “It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.”
If Democrats did nothing wrong, they would comply with the appropriate legal process, but they aren’t. Democrats are actively fighting President Trump’s efforts to address irregularities, and that suggests they are hiding something.
