Actor and famous Trump critic Alex Baldwin was hauled into court after being arrested in November for punching a man over a parking spot. Baldwin initially denied punching the man but left the scene in handcuffs.
According to the police report of the altercation, Baldwin “became belligerent, cursing and yelling”. The man he assaulted pressed charges and Baldwin pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment today. Baldwin has been ordered to pay a fine and attend an anger management program.
Baldwin has a well-documented history of public belligerence and harassment. This also isn’t his first arrest. He was also arrested in 2014 for being aggressive towards a police officer.
Baldwin is well known for mocking President Trump on ‘SNL’. His repeated inability to control his own temper makes him an ironic choice for the role.
