New York Times columnist and noted Trump critic David Brooks recently came forward and exposed Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats supporting her.
Brooks believes President Trump committed impeachable offenses, but he also thinks the articles of impeachment “are both extremely vague constructs.”
Such a sentiment is well backed. The articles of impeachment were drafted by Democrats intent on impeaching President Trump with or without evidence.
Brooks believes that the articles distract from what he believes is the real crime, quid pro quo.
Unfortunately for him there will be no debate on quid pro quo as Democrats have completely abandoned the position in favor of “vague constructs.”
Democrats have really exposed their political motives. The public hearings made it clear they have nothing against Trump, and they will face serious consequences come election time.
