For the second time in a week, President Donald Trump was nominated Friday for a Nobel Peace Prize, this time for his work on a deal to normalize economic relations between Serbia and Kosovo.
Trump’s administration was nominated by a member of the Swedish parliament along with the governments of both nations.
He was nominated on Wednesday by Norway’s parliament for his work getting Israel and United Arab Emirates to normalize relations.
Trump was also nominated in 2018 for efforts to bring peace between North and South Korea.
Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who was closely involved with the Serbia-Kosovo deal, celebrated the nomination.
