BREAKING: Tragic News For Supreme Court Justice Family [Developing]

U.S. Supreme Court Marshal Gail A. Curley is reaching out to Maryland authorities to demand that they “enforce laws that prohibit picketing outside of the homes of Supreme Court Justices who live,” before something tragic happens.

Ever since the draft opinion of the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade was leaked, the Justices of the Supreme Court and their families have been in serious danger.

Maryland has so far refused to crack down on the protests, which are illegal according to both federal and state law.

In the letter to Gov. Larry Hogan (R-MD), Curley pointed to Maryland Criminal Code Law § 3-904 (c), which says “[a] person may not intentionally assemble with another in a manner that disrupts a person’s right to tranquility in the person’s home.”

Curley also pointed out that “Protest activity at Justices’ homes, as well as threatening activity, has only increased. For weeks on end, large groups of protestors chanting slogans, using bullhorns, and banging drums have picketed Justices’ homes in Maryland… This is exactly the kind of conduct that the Maryland and Montgomery County laws prohibit.”

Governor Hogan and the Maryland law enforcement apparatus must immediately act to protect the Supreme Court. It is disgraceful that this behavior has continued for months, and those responsible must be held accountable.
