BREAKING: Top Judge Gives GOP HUGE Win – The Votes Will Count…

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury ruled in favor of Republican candidates running in the 2022 midterm elections, crushing an effort by Arizona Democrats to remove several significant Republicans from the ballot.

Democrats sought to keep Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Paul Gosar (R-AZ), and Arizona state Representative Mark Finchem (R) off the ballot for the midterms.

The case argued that Biggs, Gosar, and Finchem participated in the “insurrection” during the January 6 protest at the Capitol.

Judge Coury wrote that “Congress has not created a private right of action to allow a citizen to enforce the Disqualification Cause by having a person declared to be ‘not qualified’ to hold public office.” No matter how weak their case is, Democrats simply do not have the grounds to have Republicans removed from the ballot without Congressional action.

Of course, this isn’t the end of this story, as Democrats will likely appeal this ruling to the Arizona Supreme Court. The actions by Democrats in Arizona mirror those in Georgia, where they are attempting to remove Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) for supposedly participating in an insurrection.

This ruling in Arizona could very well be a preview of how the ruling in Georgia will go. Unfortunately for Democrats, it appears their undemocratic tactics to try and avert disaster in the 2022 midterm elections are failing.
