BREAKING: Top Democrat Nailed In Cocaine Scandal – Arrest Stuns Voters…

A second upstate New York Democrat has been arrested for cocaine possession in about a year after being involved in a two-vehicle car crash on December 4.

Police found 2.5 grams of cocaine and two dextroamphetamine sulfate pills on Legislator Anthony J. Arquiett after he told them he had too much to drink before the crash.

Arquiett’s lawyer said he would plead not guilty to the charges, and that he would not resign from his seat on the legislature.

“It is a disgrace that Arquiett refuses to resign and that fellow elected Democrats are silent,”  Rep. Elise Stefanik (R) of New York’s 21st District said.

Last year on December 1, the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) arrested then-mayor of Messena Village Tim Currier after he reportedly threw a bag containing crack cocaine out the window.
