The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court has issued a temporary stop on President Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate while courts consider whether to strike the requirements down permanently.
President Biden has taken loss after loss in his quest to force Covid-19 vaccination on all Americans.
A three-judge panel ruled on Saturday that “Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby stayed pending further action by this court.”
The decision was well-received by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who said, “Yesterday, I sued the Biden Admin over its unlawful OSHA vax mandate. WE WON. Just this morning, citing ‘grave statutory and constitutional issues,’ the 5th Circuit stayed the mandate. The fight is not over and I will never stop resisting this Admin’s unconstitutional overreach!”
Republican states have been busy fighting back against the Biden administration, and so far, the courts seem to be siding with them.
Hopefully, this legal battle will go all the way to the conservative Supreme Court, where vaccine mandates will likely be struck down for good.
