The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has dismissed an appeal by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration that sought to revive a vaccine mandate for businesses with over 100 employees.
With the Sixth Circuit Court’s decision, President Biden’s dreams of enforcing a draconian vaccine mandate are for all intents and purposes dead and buried.
The Supreme Court already blocked the mandate from taking effect and now the Biden administration is out of options.
Alfredo Ortiz, president and CEO of Job Creators Network, issued a statement saying, “Today’s formal termination of the Biden administration’s illegal employer-vaccine mandate closes this chapter in executive overreach. JCN was the first business group to file suit against this regulation and the first to petition the U.S. Supreme Court to block it from taking effect.”
Ortiz continued by saying, “In a major victory for American small businesses, the court agreed with our arguments and stopped it. As a result, the Biden Administration withdrew its mandate, requiring the Sixth Circuit to dismiss JCN’s original lawsuit … because there is no challenge left for the court to resolve.”
For now, Americans can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the Biden administration’s efforts to strip American’s of their freedom have failed.
