The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals sided with 35 Navy Seals on Monday, upholding an injunction against the Department of Defense for denying the Seals a religious exemption from COVID vaccination.
The opinion faulted the DOD for denying even exemptions supported by military chaplains and the Seals’ immediate commanding officers.
All of the denials were said to be identical, which showed the process was not being taken seriously, the court said.
The Navy also threatened to take away the Seals’ trident and other special commendations.
There could be 10,000 more soldiers discharged, Breitbart reported.
