BREAKING: Top Court Drops Bombshell – Demands MILLIONS Be Paid…

The Ninth District Court of Appeals has ruled that Oberlin College must pay $31 million to a small business that faced false accusations of racism that ruined their business,

Gibson’s Bakery, a 135-year-old family business near Oberlin College, was consumed by a massive controversy in 2016 after the owner’s son confronted three black Oberlin students for stealing alcohol from the store.

The suspects were then arrested and admitted to shoplifting, which should have been the end of the story. However, Oberlin College made accusations of racism and encouraged students to protest the business.

Three years later, the business won its case against Oberlin College and was awarded $40 million in damages as well as $6 million in legal fees.

Even after the ruling in favor of Gibson’s Bakery, Oberlin College refused to apologize to the business citing the desire to not offend students with “different perspectives.”

This ruling by the Ninth District Court of Appeals reinforces a strong message that false accusations will not be tolerated and woke colleges will be held accountable.
