Rioters in Portland burned Bibles and American flags on Friday night as police stood by and watched the chaos, according to eyewitness reports.

Police did respond to an unrelated shooting in the area, where at least 150 rounds were fired and a woman was hit in the arm. Several nearby residences and vehicles were also hit by the gunfire.
