The test just came back positive and people are completely stunned. Vice President Mike Pence had to make a decision, and he is heading that way. There is no turning back now.
“Vice President Mike Pence was self-isolating Sunday after an aide tested positive for the coronavirus last week, but he planned to return to the White House on Monday,” reported The Associated Press this week.
According to the AP article via Breitbart, Pence remained at home all weekend after one of his aides contracted COVID-19, however, he has continued to test negative for the highly-contagious virus. That’s why he is back at the White House.
Pence’s spokesman, Devin O’Malley, said that the vice president “will continue to follow the advice of the White House Medical Unit and is not in quarantine.” There’s probably a self-righteous liberal on CNN losing it right now.
At any rate, it appears that Pence is in the clear, but one can be sure that he will be monitored over the next several days in order to be safe. This situation is just one of several ‘close calls’ over the past several weeks.
Recently, President Donald Trump had to be tested due to one of his valets contracting the virus. He has also continued to test negative whenever the situation has called for it — something we can all be thankful for.
