BREAKING: Texas Launches ATTACK Against Joe Biden at White House [Developing]

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) is once again suing President Joe Biden’s administration, this time over its attempt to codify catch and release into an official immigration policy.

The Biden administration announced a new regulation in March that would allow the Department of Homeland Security to make decisions about asylum for illegal immigrants.

Part of the new process involves letting immigrants mass-migrate across the border and remain in the U.S. while decisions are made.

Paxton argued the law change is unconstitutional, that “immigration laws do not give the Defendants permission to give themselves permission to change the immigration laws to their liking.”

America First Legal President Stephen Miller said the rule is designed to provide “green cards for millions of newly-arriving illegal aliens.”
