Protesters in Arizona crashed a wedding being officiated by Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D) for her close friend last weekend, prompting the bride and her mother to ask them to stop ruining their special day.
The protesters showed up at the wedding venue with signs that read “Sinema Betrays Democrats” and, “We voted for you — shouldn’t you vote for us?”
“Thanks for ruining my wedding. I really appreciate it,” the bride said sarcastically to them at one point. “It’s just my wedding. I really wish I could enjoy my wedding without you ruining it.”
“It’s my daughter’s wedding. Just for an hour — just let her get married, please. This person is not my daughter,” the bride’s mother said, referring to Sinema.
Sinema is one of two possible no-votes to Biden’s radical agenda, which has progressives up in arms over her “obstruction” of their agenda.
