A bombshell just dropped about the November election. The Supreme Court made a decision and President Donald Trump is speaking out now.
“We’ve proven it [fraud], but no judge has had the courage, including the Supreme Court — I am so disappointed in them,” said Trump on Fox News. “No judge, including in the Supreme Court of the United States, has had the courage to allow it to be heard.”
“So they’re saying essentially the president of the United States and Texas and these other states, great states, they don’t have standing,” continued Trump in his interview with ‘Fox & Friends’ co-host Brian Kilmeade.
Ultimately, this lawsuit — which was brought by Texas and several states joined — challenged the results of the election in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The Trump administration also joined the lawsuit.
The Supreme Court opted against hearing the case, however, determining instead that Texas and other states did not have the jurisdiction to challenge how elections are handled by other states.
A few days earlier, the court also rejected a challenge to Pennsylvania’s election results filed by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA). This lawsuit alleged that the state’s mail-in ballot scheme was unconstitutional according to the Pennsylvania Constitution.
