BREAKING: Supreme Courț Bombshell As 30-Year-Old Secret Comes Out [Developing]

Alan Dershowitz is one of the most famous constitutional lawyers to ever walk the face of the planet.

If it has to do with law, especially constitutional law, and Dershowitz speaks, people better listen.

That’s why his 30-year-old bombshell is so wildly uncomfortable, because people know he’s telling the truth.

According to Alan Dershowitz, Biden’s Supreme Court pick Ketanji Brown does NOT believe in free speech.

Dershowitz represented a student at Harvard roughly thirty years ago.

He said that he was “defending her right to do the wrong thing” by saying it was her right to fly a Confederate flag on campus.

Another student retaliated, flying a Nazi flag in order to spark outrage on the other side.

According to Dershowitz, Brown was a student on the Harvard campus at that time, and showed a complete lack of understanding of the First Amendment.

It was Brown’s logic that BOTH flags needed to be taken down.

I’m not saying that EVERYONE needs to understand the American Constitution inside and out, but if you’re trying to be a Supreme Court Justice, you should at least know what free speech is.

Free speech is free speech.

If they are wrong, it’s still free speech. If they disagree, it’s still free speech.

As Alan put it: “I hope she will be questioned not about specific cases, but about her general views regarding the centrality of the First Amendment to our constitutional system. And I hope she will strongly support the freedom of those who express views with which she strongly disagrees.”

Appointing judges that don’t understand that is an incredibly slippery slope.
