Hillary Clinton said in an interview over the weekend that Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook is contributing to getting President Donald Trump re-elected by refusing to address the spread of “misinformation” on the platform.
Clinton pointed to a distorted video of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) that was removed from YouTube, but that Zuckerberg decided not to remove.
Clinton talked to Facebook about why they wouldn’t remove it, and got the response, “We think our users can make up their own minds.”
What a concept! Let’s let people look at political happenings without being told what to think, and let them decide for themselves what they think about it.
Because, let’s face it–impeachment has shown that people are going to make up their own minds even when they ARE getting told what to think about it. And in fact, telling them what they should think about it has a pretty good chance of backfiring on the people doing the telling.
