A high-ranking government official just tested positive for COVID-19. This tragic news from the White House has stunned the nation and millions are praying for the best.
“President Donald Trump’s aide Hope Hicks” — who traveled with him to the presidential debate earlier this week — “has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to reports,” wrote Breitbart News’ Charlie Spiering.
Now, the president and first lady both tested positive for COVID-19 and are in quarantine. CNN’s Jake Tapper tweeted, “Trump has a fever … and is fatigued and taking an experimental antibody cocktail, per a letter from his physician.”
As a precaution, it is also being reported that Trump has been flown to Walter Reed Medical Center in order to monitor his condition closer. The first lady is experiencing fairly mild symptoms at this time and remains quarantined.
Americans need to unite as one — regardless of political beliefs — and pray fervently for President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and their trusted advisor, Hope Hicks. It sounds like the president, in particular, is having more extreme symptoms.
“The decision to move the President to Walter Reed reflects a level of concern far above a description of a patient with ‘mild symptoms,’” tweeted CBS News’ Mark Knoller. Please pray.
