Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been notably missing from Supreme Court oral arguments this week. This decision was made due to 85-year-old Ginsburg’s ongoing recovery from recent major health issues.
This is the first time Ginsburg has ever missed any arguments. Supreme Court officials confirm that it is unknown when she will be able to return to the bench.
Ginsburg underwent surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her lungs in late December. This isn’t her first major health scare, but it is the first time that has dramatically interfered with her ability to do the job.
It’s safe to say that despite Democrat protestations, Ginsburg’s future is dangerously uncertain.
