Conservative superstar Rush Limbaugh just confirmed everyone’s worst fears. Millions of fans are completely stunned — the legendary radio host has exposed it all.
“You call a gigantic press conference like that, one that lasts an hour, and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells,” said Limbaugh this week, referring to the Trump legal team’s press conference.
“There better be something at that press conference other than what we got,” he continued. He also noted that the legal process “doesn’t happen at warp speed,” but failing to deliver is “just not good.”
Limbaugh, a passionate supporter of President Donald Trump, is understandably frustrated. By declaring a “bombshell” during a one-hour press conference and then not releasing one is hugely problematic.
Shortly thereafter, Sidney Powell, a key member of Trump’s legal team, stepped away from it all according to a press release from the team’s remaining members, Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis.
What does this mean, exactly? Limbaugh isn’t sure and can’t seem to get any further explanation. This doesn’t mean Trump supporters should lose hope, however — but promising a “bombshell” too early was a tactical misstep.
