A high-level resignation just shocked the White House. President Donald Trump is connected to the announcement, and people are wanting answers. This is a dramatic turn of events less than 70 days before the election.
“This is completely my choice and my voice,” said Kellyanne Conway announcing her departure. “In time, I will announce future plans. For now, and for my beloved children, it will be less drama, more mama.”
Conway, who managed Trump’s 2016 campaign and rose to one of the White House’s most prominent positions — serving as counselor to the president — has served this administration and her nation passionately. Her break is well-deserved.

However, even George has decided to take a step back to focus on family. “So I’m withdrawing from @ProjectLincoln to devote more time to family matters,” he tweeted. “And I’ll be taking a Twitter hiatus.”
“Needless to say, I continue to support the Lincoln Project and its mission,” he continued. “Passionately.” While Kellyanne and her husband are stepping back from the spotlight for a while, it sadly appears their house will still be split — with George continuing to disrespect Kellyanne’s work.
