An unexpected resignation just completely shocked the White House. She is finished now, and everyone is wondering what will happen next. This is stunning.
“It is with sadness that I write to tell you that I am resigning from The New York Times,” said columnist Bari Weiss, citing “constant bullying by colleagues” who have called her “a Nazi and a racist.”
Weiss appears to have become overwhelmingly frustrated by the forced groupthink behind closed doors. “But the truth is that intellectual curiosity—let alone risk-taking—is now a liability at The Times,” she said.
Allegedly, it isn’t even possible to be a political moderate and work for the Times anymore. Weiss noted how that this shouldn’t be the case — that “showing up for work as a centrist … should not require bravery.”
But this is the consequence of what’s known as ‘cancel culture.’ Far from being tolerant, it seeks to destroy any last vestige of thought that doesn’t conform to a far-left political agenda.
And, of course, if a person’s livelihood also has to be killed in the process, then they don’t care. These Marxists will stop at nothing to enforce an ideological quota and Americans must resist it, especially at the ballot box in November.
