BREAKING: Putin’s Planes Go DOWN – Russia Gets The News They’ve Been Dreading

The Associated Press is reporting that all of Europe AND Canada said on Sunday that they would close their airspace to Russian airlines after Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

The move obviously puts pressure on America to do the same.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the European Union would shut down its airspace for any planes owned, registered, or controlled by Russians. This is “including the private jets of oligarchs.”

Some countries in the union weren’t thrilled about shutting off Russian planes, as Spain, Greece, and Turkey kept their airspace open for Russian planes for as long as possible.

In addition to human transport, it’s also becoming increasingly difficult to get mail and packages in and out of Russia.

FedEx announced on February 27 that it had suspended flights to Russia. The company said it would continue to provide service inside Russia “where conditions allow.”
