A bombshell just dropped about the election in Pennsylvania. Millions of voters in the Keystone State and across the nation are completely stunned.
“The House of Representatives rejected an objection to the Pennsylvania electoral votes early Thursday morning,” reported Breitbart News. “The vote failed 138 – 282 after two hours of floor debate.”
This means 138 Republican members of the House voted to object to Pennsylvania’s votes following an effort by Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO). The Senate also “rejected the objection in a 7-92 vote without debate.”
In the end, all challenges to the Electoral College results failed and Congress confirmed them this week. Joe Biden will be inaugurated as the next president on January 20 in the midst of a deeply divided country.
Biden does not appear to be willing to “heal” that divide, either. In spite of his campaign promises, he and Kamala Harris have disparaged Trump supporters repeatedly. There is even another effort being launched to impeach Trump.
Yes, instead of Biden focusing on basic functions of government — such as judicial confirmations, policy initiatives, and getting the executive branch in order — Democrats want to impeach Trump a second time. This will “heal” nothing.
