Vice President Mike Pence was just forced to step in and millions of Americans are stunned. No one expected him to drop this bombshell, but it could turn the tide of the November election. This is incredible.
Appearing on Fox News, Pence told host Brett Baier that the New York Times story on Trump’s taxes “feels like the same old, same old … these same issues and allegations came up in 2016” during Trump’s first campaign.
“The American people know that when you create the kind of business President Donald Trump created, you literally pay tens of millions of dollars in state and local taxes, in payroll taxes when you create the kinds of jobs and prosperity that he created,” Pence said.
The vice president also pointed out an important distinction: while Joe Biden was in Washington creating our disastrous, unruly tax code, Trump was a private businessman “creating jobs.” The contrast couldn’t be more clear.
Furthermore, Biden and his running mate, Senator Kamala Harris, “want to raise taxes” on Americans — they don’t believe we pay enough in taxes. That in and of itself is absolute insanity and should disqualify them from this race.
Pence also said he was “counting the days” until his debate with Harris, where he will expose Biden and Harris for wanting to raise taxes, rollback progress on American energy, and fill the Supreme Court with liberal justices. “I am going to lay out that choice,” he said.
