Media superstar Oprah Winfrey just publicly confirmed the rumors. She is officially doing it now and people are stunned — no one expected this to happen.
According to Breitbart News, Winfrey has entered a partnership with Hollywood movie studio, Lionsgate, to produce multi-media content around a controversial New York Times project.
The “1619 Project” is a series of articles published by the left-wing newspaper “that sought to reframe American history around slavery,” and it “will be adapted for the big and small screen.”
This means Americans will soon be subjected to movies and TV shows crafting an unflattering narrative about the United States — one that only looks at part of history instead of a comprehensive view.
Winfrey, who is the richest black woman in the world with a net worth of $2.7 billion, has benefited mightily from a country that she seems to hold a negative view about, in spite of our progress.
The 13th amendment to the Constitution was ratified on December 6, 1865, which abolished slavery throughout the United States. Slavery has never defined this nation and it certainly does not now.
