Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley slammed Big Tech companies on Friday after Twitter banned President Trump indefinitely from the platform. Haley described the actions taken by Big Tech as something that “happens in China, not our country.”
Despite a string of betrayals, President Trump is not without allies who are willing to stand up and condemn the behavior of Big Tech companies that wield incredible power to silence and suppress information.
In a post on Twitter, Haley said, “Silencing people, not to mention the President of the US, is what happens in China, not our country. #Unbelievable.”
Haley then went on to point out the gross hypocrisy of Twitter in permanently banning President Trump from the platform.
In a separate tweet, Haley said, “Wow. When Iran’s Ayatollah says the Holocaust didn’t happen, Twitter doesn’t say “this claim is disputed.” When I say ballot harvesting makes election fraud easier, Twitter says that’s disputed. Wonder why conservatives don’t trust big tech?”
The rise of Big Tech has made it clear that the threat of the future is corporate fascism. Companies like Twitter and Facebook control the flow of information, and anyone at odds with their agenda will be silenced or “canceled.”
