Attorney General William Barr’s key appointee, U.S. Attorney John Durham, has been investigating the Trump-Russia witch-hunt for weeks now, and he just did it. This is the end.
Former CIA Director John Brennan, who has become nothing but an anti-Trump shill — spending his time making the rounds with the mainstream media — isn’t off the hook. Durham has him cornered.
It is being reported that Durham “wants to learn what Mr. Brennan told other officials … about his and the C.I.A.’s views of a notorious dossier of assertions about Russia and Trump associates.”
The “other officials” would include former FBI Director James Comey, by the way, according to none other than the New York Times — which is a stunning development in and of itself.
Of course, then the liberal publication states the following: “Durham’s pursuit of Mr. Brennan’s records is certain to add to accusations that Mr. Trump is using the Justice Department to go after his perceived enemies.”
There is no way the New York Times would remain connect with reporting the facts. This has nothing to do with Trump pursuing a vendetta, but uncovering the corruption that led to the hoax in the first place.
