In a developing story that has stunned the nation, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is trying to cancel the 2020 election. He delivered the notice from the Senate floor this week.
“The President’s misconduct cannot be decided at the ballot box, for we cannot be assured that the vote will be fairly won,” declared Schiff. This statement should be played on GOP campaign ads all year.
Here’s why: Schiff’s arrogance and distrust of the American people is astounding. As one of the lead pushers of impeaching President Trump, he should be the poster boy for DC corruption.
Schiff clearly doesn’t trust voters to make the decision, so he has essentially declared that unless Trump is removed from office, the 2020 election results will be in dispute — especially if Trump wins.
This is insanity. Furthermore, Schiff is operating under a debunked theory that Russia’s “hacking” or “trolling” affected the outcome of the 2016 election. An investigation proved this assertion false.
As Vice President Mike Pence said nearly two years ago, “It is the universal conclusion of our intelligence communities that none of those efforts had any impact on the outcome of the 2016 election.”
