BREAKING: New York Says ‘NO’ To White People – Turned Back To…

New York State has ordered doctors and hospitals to prioritize non-white patients for treatment with the new COVID-19 antiviral medications.

The state has put out guidelines to direct the limited supplies of the pills to those at highest risk for severe disease from COVID-19, and part of those guidelines say non-whites are at increased risk because of long-term inequities in healthcare and treatment for minorities.

Being a “non-white race or Hispanic/Latino ethnicity should be considered a risk factor, as longstanding systemic health and social inequities have contributed to an increased risk of severe illness and death from COVID-19,” the guidelines read.

The guidelines were also linked to a similar DOH document with the same language.

Journalist Abigail Shrier called for an immediate constitutional challenge to the guidance. “If the state can discriminate racially for medical treatment, then the 14th Amendment truly has no meaning. There needs to be a constitutional challenge to this IMMEDIATELY,” she tweeted.
