Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) just was shut down. She is absolutely furious, but there is nothing she can do about it. She has been defeated.
“House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) released a statement Tuesday opposing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) backwardly focused January 6 commission legislation due to bad-faith negotiations,” reported Breitbart News.

Understandably, he is concerned that this will not be achieved now; Pelosi’s bill has passed the House. For those critical of this commission, however, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has declared his opposition to it.
