Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was just nailed on national television. She is completely finished and millions of people are shocked — Pelosi may have to step down now.
“We’re very much a pro-life, pro-God, pro-business, pro-family district, and the values that Nancy brings to Washington are her own and they don’t mesh well with the values … throughout the country,” said Congressman-elect Yvette Herrell.
Herrell, who defeated a Democrat incumbent in New Mexico, also told told ‘Fox & Friends’ that Pelosi is “off’-base” and there’s a reason why Republican candidates won in droves on Election Day.
“Police are so important to our communities,” said Herrell. “The oil and gas situation really got people out to the polls because that is such a huge part of New Mexico industries – that’s our largest industry.”
Simply put, the Democratic Party is in rough shape, regardless of who ends up winning the presidential race. The “defund the police” mantra hurt Democrats immensely, as did Biden’s promise to “transition” from the oil industry.
It is why Pelosi is going to have a House razor-thin House majority after several members of her own party were defeated. It also appears likely that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will keep his GOP majority in the Senate.
