Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) just escaped and Congress is stunned. Millions of Americans nationwide are now waking up to the news.
“We would have called Speaker Pelosi, because, ultimately, she’s the person in charge of Capitol Hill,” said Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) referring to the possibility of calling witnesses to Trump’s impeachment trial.

Jordan also went into more detail about the Capitol riot — facts that Democrats do not want to face. He said that Democrats didn’t want to discuss “that the pipe bombs were discovered before the president’s speech.”
Democrats also didn’t want to talk about “the fact that the FBI knew there was a plan to attack, like the fact that the president said peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard,” Jordan continued.
