Far-left activist Michael Moore warned Facebook viewers that even though Democrat nominee Joe Biden might still be polling higher than President Donald Trump in many instances, there are many places around the country where enthusiasm for Trump in 2020 is “off the charts.”
“Sorry to have to provide the reality check again, but when CNN polled registered voters in August in just the swing states, Biden and Trump were in a virtual tie,” Michael Moore said. “In Minnesota, it’s 47-47. In Michigan, where Biden had a big lead, Trump has closed the gap to 4 points.”
Moore has been concerned about the lack of enthusiasm for Biden since May, when he told Vanity Fair that “Biden does not generate the necessary enthusiasm that it’s going to take to get people out.”
Moore also predicted Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton in 2016 after seeing voters’ enthusiasm for him in the Rust Belt states.
Biden’s lead over Trump in most polls has been shrinking since before both parties held their conventions the last two weeks, as people are starting to see that Biden is a weak candidate that is being taken over by the far-left wing of the party and that the party is counting on hate for Trump rather than true support for Biden to carry them over the finish line.
