First Lady Melania Trump reported Wednesday that she has now tested negative for COVID-19, and that son Barron had tested positive previously but is now negative for the virus as well.
Barron was asymptomatic throughout his time of being COVID-19 positive, his mother reported.
“In one way I was glad the three of us went through this at the same time so we could take care of one another and spend time together,” Trump said.
She said she went a more “natural” route in treating her coronavirus infection, including eating healthy foods and taking vitamins.
She said she experienced body aches, a cough, headaches and extreme fatigue while the infection persisted.
