Sen. Judiciary Committee Chairman Linsday Graham (R-SC) said he supports President Donald Trump’s efforts to confirm a Supreme Court nominee before the election.
Graham would be in charge of confirmation hearings for a Trump nominee. Previously, Graham said he would not support an election year nomination.
He said that Democrats’ actions during the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearings changed his mind about an election year nomination.
“After [Brett] Kavanaugh, the rules have changed as far as I’m concerned,” Graham said.
How can Democrats expect Republicans to play so-called “fair” when they have done nothing but try every trick in the book–including some that appear to have been illegal–to thwart and damage Trump during his entire first term?
