A judge just shut President Joe Biden down and Democrats are stunned. They never expected this to happen — the White House is scrambling.
Appearing on Fox News, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) discussed “a federal judge’s decision to order a temporary hold on President Biden’s 100-day deportation freeze,” reported Fox News.
Paxton brought a lawsuit on behalf of Texas for a few reasons, however, the biggest reason is that “federal law specifically requires that deportations take place if people are here illegally,” meaning Biden was ignoring the law.
The Texas attorney general went so far as to say Biden’s executive order “is a violation of the U.S. Constitution,” and he has a solid case. A president simply cannot ignore federal law and legislate via executive order.
Readers can watch the full interview with Paxton above, but one thing is certain: Biden has only been president for 10 days, and a judge has already pushed back on his unconstitutional agenda. That’s not a good sign.
